Bears Advance! Tickets Available Now

The Hershey Bears have announced the schedule and ticket information for the club's Eastern Conference Finals playoff series versus the Rochester Americans. The best-of-seven series sees the two oldest teams in the American Hockey League square off for a chance to advance to the Calder Cup Finals.

The complete schedule is as follows:
Game 1 - Tuesday, May 23 vs. Rochester, GIANT Center, 7 p.m.
Game 2 - Thursday, May 25 vs. Rochester, GIANT Center, 7 p.m.
Game 3 - Saturday, May 27 at Rochester, Blue Cross Arena, 7:05 p.m.
Game 4 - Monday, May 29 at Rochester, Blue Cross Arena, 6:05 p.m.
*Game 5 - Wednesday, May 31 vs. Rochester, GIANT Center, 7 p.m.
*Game 6 - Friday, June 2 at Rochester, Blue Cross Arena, 7:05 p.m.
* Game 7 - Monday, June 5 vs. Rochester, GIANT Center, 7 p.m.

Tickets for Hershey's home games will go on sale via Ticketmaster on Thursday, May 18 at 10 a.m. Tickets start at just $14.95, and fans are encouraged to buy early and save! For the first 24 hours tickets are on sale, fans can save $5 on all tickets excluding Club and Glass seats.

The Hershey Bears 2023 Playoffs are sponsored by Penn State Health. Fans are asked to continue to check HersheyBears.com and the club's social media channels for the latest updates on the playoffs, Watch Parties, TV broadcast information, and schedule updates.

PLAYOFF FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I buy playoff tickets? 
All home games for the series will be available for purchase online via Ticketmaster, the official ticket marketplace of the Hershey Bears, including “if necessary” games. Only confirmed games will be available for purchase via the GIANT Center Box Office. Please check the box office hours of operation before making your visit. 

What do I do if I purchased playoff tickets online through Ticketmaster for one of the “If Necessary” home games and the game is not played?
All tickets for any unplayed playoff games purchased online through Ticketmaster.com will be automatically refunded to the method of payment used for purchase. Fans do not need to take any further action. Please allow 14-21 business days for processing.

What do I do if I purchased tickets through a resale site or third party?
All tickets purchased through a resale site (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments, or your third party directly, for more information.

SEASON TICKETS

I am a Season Ticket Holder with a “Game by Game” Playoff Package. What do I need to do?
All Season Ticket Holders that have a “Game by Game'' Playoff package will pay for each game that is played at home throughout the playoffs. Your card will be charged as the games are confirmed (please adjust your credit card balances and checking accounts accordingly).

I am a Season Ticket Holder with a “Complete Run” Playoff Package. What do I need to do?
Nothing! You’ve paid in full for the full postseason. For any unplayed games, a refund or credit will be issued at the completion of the 2023 Calder Cup playoffs.

I bought a Playoff Package. Which tickets should I use?
Please reference the following for added clarity for what tickets to use. Also be sure to reference the full round schedule to double check home game dates.
Round 3 - Atlantic Division Finals
Round 4 - Eastern Conference Finals
Round 5 - Calder Cup Finals
Home Game 1 = The first game of that series played at home at GIANT Center
Home Game 2 = The second game of that series played at home at GIANT Center
Home Game 3 = The third game of that series played at home at GIANT Center
Home Game 4 = The fourth game of that series played at home at GIANT Center

GROUP TICKETS
