Bears Staff Claims Awards at 2022 Team Business Meetings

The Hershey Bears were honored with three awards at the 2022 AHL Team Business Meetings in Allentown, Pa. this week. 

Season Ticket Manager Matt Hawn earned a pair of awards, claiming 1st Place in FSE's (Full Season Equivalents) in the Eastern Conference. He also earned the top spot in the AHL in Full Season Renewal Rate, claiming honors for retaining over 85% of accounts.

Group Sales Manager Jordan Lockhart earned 2nd Place in the Eastern Conference for total Group Sales revenue. 

At the 2022 AHL Team Business Meetings, members of the Bears staff joined front-office personnel from throughout the American Hockey League to discuss best practices and innovative ideas in several areas, including ticket sales, corporate sales and marketing. These interactions allow for the sharing of ideas and gaining of insights from some of the sports industry’s leading strategists as the AHL’s 32 member clubs prepare for a new season.
