BEARS ANNOUNCE 2015 PRE-SEASON SCHEDULE

HERSHEY, Pa. – The Hershey Bears announced today the games comprising the 2015 pre-season schedule.  The announcement was made by Bears President/GM Doug Yingst.

In preparation for the Bears’ 78th season in the American Hockey League, the club will open its training camp on Sunday, September 27.  Later in the week, Hershey will oppose two teams in a short pre-season slate, both at home.

The first of the two exhibition contests will take place on Thursday, October 1.  The Albany Devils, top affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, will be in town for a 7:00 PM faceoff.  The second and final pre-season matchup will feature the Bears hosting their long-time division rival Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Saturday, October 3 with faceoff also slated for 7:00 PM.

Individual tickets for both pre-season games will go on sale Monday, August 10 at 10:00 AM.  Tickets may be purchased at the GIANT Center box office, by calling (717) 508-BEAR or online at TicketMaster.com.  Tickets are $12.00 each for general admission and parking at the complex is free.

The full 2015 training camp schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.

The 2015-16 Hershey Bears regular season schedule with dates, times and opponents is expected to be announced by the American Hockey League later this month.
