FOUR ADDITIONAL HERSHEY BEARS ROAD TV BROADCASTS ANNOUNCED

HERSHEY, Pa. – The Hershey Bears Hockey Club, in conjunction with ABC-27, today announced a slate of four additional road games to be broadcast to central Pennsylvania viewers. The announcement was made by Bears President/GM Doug Yingst.The additional games have been made possible thanks to the Bears' proud partnership with Giant Food Stores LLC and Capital BlueCross.
The Bears will head to Hampton Roads for the first time this season for a pair of games against the Norfolk Admirals on Friday and Saturday, March 7 and 8. ABC-27 RTV channel 27.2 will carry these games live from the Norfolk Scope Arena, along with a game against division rival Syracuse Crunch the very next week on Friday, March 14.
The Bears’ final game of a four-game series against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers will round out the television schedule, and will come live from Webster Bank Arena on Sunday, April 6.
The channel lineup, air times and faceoff times for the four-game slate is as follows, and is subject to change.

“Voice of the Bears” Scott Stuccio will provide game play-by-play, while ABC-27 sports director Gregg Mace will again provide in-game analysis and special features to air during intermissions. All televised games will also be carried on the Bears Radio Network of affiliates WQIC-FM 100.1, WTKT-AM 1460, WRBT-FM 94.9 HD-2 and via the iHeart Radio application for mobile devices.
ABC-27, which carried the 2013 Capital BlueCross AHL Outdoor Classic last January and portions of the 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010 Calder Cup Finals, has been the proud flagship television station of the Hershey Bears for over 13 years.
