Bears to Wear FeBREWary Jerseys, Host Food Drive on Saturday

The Bears are trading Chocolate and White for plaid and lederhosen with the the club's latest specialty jersey, set to be worn during Saturday night's contest at GIANT Center.
When the Bears take the ice for Saturday's 7 p.m. game versus the Rochester Americans, they'll wear FeBREWary jerseys that are fit for a celebration. These jerseys will be auctioned off post-game to support beneficiaries including the Central PA Food Bank and Hershey Food Bank, as part of the club's Hershey Bears Cares program.
During the FeBREWary excitement, the Bears will welcome the Alpenrose Schuhplattler Dancers to GIANT Center for a special performance during the second intermission on Saturday.
The Bears will also host a pregame food drive on Saturday. Hershey Food Bank will collect canned and non perishable food items on the plaza outside the front entrance of GIANT Center. All items must be collected outside the GIANT Center prior to entry to the game.
Fans are asked to bring items that are within their best by or sell by dates for those in need, with emphasis on: Canned spinach, asparagus, and mushrooms, boxed or bagged potato, rice, and pasta sides, heat-and-eat soups, cereal, creamy peanut butter and jelly, and canned fruit.
Additionally, personal items like toothpaste, deodorant, bar soap, toilet paper, and tissues are also in need.
A large crowd is expected for Saturday's game with limited tickets remaining. BUY TICKETS NOW
