Bowey Out Indefinitely

(Hershey, PA- December 29, 2016)-The Hershey Bears announced today that defenseman Madison Bowey sustained a slight laceration of the tendon on his ankle when struck by an opposing skate during Wednesday's game at Syracuse. He underwent a successful repair of the tendon in Syracuse last night and is expected to make a full recovery.Bowey will be out indefinitely as he recovers from his injury.
Hershey returns to the GIANT Center this weekend as they host the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Friday at 7 p.m. for Scout Night. On Saturday, the Bears host the Providence Bruins for a special 5 p.m. start time on New Year’s Eve. Ticket information is available on HersheyBears.com.
