BEARS MEET DEVILS IN LOWELL WEDNESDAY NIGHT
11/04/2009 - The BEARS kick off a four-game swing through New England Wednesday night, taking on the Lowell Devils in Massachusetts. Face-off is at 7:00 p.m.

The game marks the first time that former Bears left wing Louis Robitaille has faced his former team. Robitaille, who played for HERSHEY from 2005-08 and is sixth all-time on the club in penalty minutes, signed with the New Jersey organization this past summer.

For Mark French and company, it's the longest trip in terms of consecutive days away from home in 2009-10. The BEARS will be out for six days, traveling to Portland, Manchester and Providence this week.

The BEARS begin play Wednesday in first place in the East Division, one point ahead of second place Adirondack. In other Wednesday action within the East, Binghamton skates at Albany Wednesday night.

Wednesday's game can be heard via the BEARS Radio Network (100.1 FM and www.Sportsjuice.com) beginning at 6:40 p.m. eastern. John Walton has the call of the action from Paul Tsongas Arena in Lowell.
