Race into the Barn for Great Hockey Action

The excitement kicks off on Wednesday, when the Springfield Falcons visit for a 7 PM face-off. It's "Auto-Locator Auto Racing Night" and it's all about racing. The first 3,000 fans receive a 1:64 scale NASCAR style collectible car, courtesy of Auto-Locator. In addition, the first 3,000 fans will also receive free admission tickets to Pocono Raceway for Saturday, June 6 or Saturday, August 1, compliments of Pocono Raceway. Also on Wednesday, Pocono Raceway will have their 2009 Pace Car on site. As a special offer to all BEARS fans in attendance, they get 15% off all ticket purchases for races on Sunday, June 7 and Sunday, August 2. Race to the game on Wednesday to see drivers from Williams Grove Speedway, as they will be on site. The track opens for the season on Friday, March 20, and anyone who brings their BEARS tickets from Wednesday's game to their ticket window will receive $2.00 off a general admission ticket on opening day. Be sure to stop and take a look at what the cars were back in the olden days. The fun continues on Saturday, when the BEARS take on long-time rivals, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 7 PM puck drop. It's "Penn State Hershey Medical Center Night", and the first 3,000 fans receive a t-shirt compliments of Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Saturday is also "ZOOAMERICA Night", as there will be live animal encounters located outside section 119. Finally, the Bears Booster Club will be accepting donations to benefit the Central PA Food Bank. The excitement concludes on Sunday in a 5:00 PM match-up again the Bridgeport Sound Tigers for a "St Patrick's Day Jersey Auction". The BEARS will wear special St. Patrick's Day jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game for charity. It's also "Adopt A Greyhound Night". Each Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday Bears home game (except HERSHEYPARK pass nights) tickets will be offered for $10.00 in sections 210 and 211—a savings of $6.00 per ticket. Each fan in sections 210 - 211 will also receive a custom designed IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CUP t-shirt.
