Bring your group or event to a Hershey Bears game and enjoy the comfort of a private suite complete with top-line catering, service, and amenities.
All food and beverage orders will be managed through Giant Center Food & Beverage Services. For the complete selection of menu choices and best possible service, we recommend Suite Administrators pre-order their food and beverage selections. All pre-orders must be received in the Catering Office by 5 PM two (2) business days prior to an event. Suite patrons are not permitted to bring outside food/beverage into the Suite Level at Giant Center.
Event Day Ordering
Event day orders can be placed with the Suite Attendant or Suite Captain upon your arrival.
Should you need to cancel your suite food and beverage order, please contact our Catering Office by calling 717-520-5170 or emailing email@example.com with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event so no charges will be incurred. There will be a 100% cancellation fee plus Pennsylvania Sales Tax and Service Charge for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to an event.
At the conclusion of the event your catering guest check, which will include all pre-orders and event-day orders, will be presented for signature and payment. It is requested that you keep a credit card number on file to bill for suite catering services. Guests who are not authorized to charge against the suite account may pay with cash, check or another credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). All food, non-alcoholic beverage and non-food orders are subject to six percent (6%) Pennsylvania Sales Tax and a nineteen percent (19%) service charge will also be applied to all catering orders.

- By 5 PM on Thursday for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday event
- By 5 PM on Friday for Tuesday event

How do I place a game day order if I did not use the online Boomer link?
Please call 717-520-5167 and leave a message to place the order ahead of the event or see your Suite Attendant once you arrive for the event.
What is the Service Charge on my bill?
The 19% Service Charge is placed on each order and goes towards the support staff. (Example: food runners and suite captains). This service charge is not a gratuity that goes directly to your server. If you wish to add a gratuity to your server directly, we would encourage you to please add that on the gratuity line of your bill. This is certainly appreciated.
Can I have the check NOT be presented to the suite during an event?
Yes, we can set up for your check to NOT be presented to your suite guests if that would be your preference. We also have the ability to add an automatic gratuity if you wish. Let us know if you would like a flat fee gratuity or a gratuity based on a percentage of the bill.
Can I bring in food items from the outside?
No, unfortunately Giant Center does not allow outside food items to be brought in for any event.
Can Giant Center accommodate Food Allergies, Gluten or Special Dietary Requests?
Yes. If there is a concern with an allergy or other medical condition please contact us ahead of the event at 717-520-5170 with any concerns. We can also work with our in-house chef's and food and beverage staff to work to accommodate special dietary requests.
Can Coco the Bear visit the suite during hockey games?
We can usually arrange for Coco to visit, please see your Suite Attendant as soon as possible after arrival.
