Rising Artist Runaway June to Headline Pepsi Fan Fest

The Hershey Bears have announced additional details and the schedule for Pepsi Fan Fest, set to take place as part of the festivities for the 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic, held Friday, Jan. 19 to Saturday, Jan. 20 at Hersheypark Stadium. The two-day event will feature a live performance from up-and-coming country artist Runaway June, as well as autograph sessions, and interactive games and events. 

Admission to Pepsi Fan Fest is included in ticket packages to the 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic. Packages start at just $59 and also include a free 2018 Hersheypark Pass for One-Day Admission (valid thru July 31, 2018), admission to the Capital BlueCross Alumni Game on Friday, Jan. 19 featuring the Bears Alumni vs. the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni Association, and admission to the Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic on Saturday, Jan. 20 as Hershey hosts Lehigh Valley. Tickets are available at the Giant Center box office, by phone at 717-534-3911, or via HersheyBears.com. Fans must have a ticket package to the Outdoor Classic to attend Pepsi Fan Fest. 

Musical performances at Pepsi Fan Fest will take place on the iHeart Radio Entertainment Stage.  Rising country trio Runaway June is scheduled to perform Saturday, Jan. 20. The band just finished touring with Jon Pardi, and their debut single “Lipstick,” was the first single by a female trio to go top 25 in over a decade, and their current single, “Wild West” is about to break into the top 40. TIME BOMB, the winners of the iHeart Radio Harrisburg Battle of the Bands contest, is a local rock/metal group that will also perform during the two-day event. 

Player autograph and Q&A sessions will take place Friday, Jan. 19 with members of the Bears current roster and the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni Association, and will continue on Saturday, Jan. 20 with the all-time greats from the Bears Alumni team. Pepsi Fan Fest will also feature a variety of interactive games and activities, including an inflatable hockey rink, for all fans to partake in. A wide selection of food and beverage tents will be part of Pepsi Fan Fest.

A complete schedule for Pepsi Fan Fest is below. Music in between sessions will be provided by Mixed-Up Productions, LLC. All players are subject to change for Q&A and autograph signings.

Doors to Hersheypark Stadium will open at 5:30 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.  Parking for the 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic is free Friday, and is $9 on Saturday.
