Bears Announce Two Pre-Season Games, Guaranteed Home Dates

HERSHEY, Pa. – The Hershey Bears Hockey Club today announced two games of its 2016 pre-season schedule, as well as six guaranteed home dates for the 2016-17 regular season.  The announcements were made by Bears President/General Manager Doug Yingst.

During the final days of fall training camp, the Bears will take on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a home-and-home set of games starting on Saturday, October 8 at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.  Face-off is set for 7:05 PM.  The teams will return to Chocolatetown for a 5:00 PM matchup at GIANT Center on Sunday, October 9.

An on-sale date and time for individual pre-season tickets, as well as a full 2016 training camp schedule, will be announced in the near future.

The Bears, American Hockey League attendance leaders for 10 consecutive seasons, will have their first guaranteed home date two weeks after pre-season on Saturday, October 22.

·    Friday, November 18
·    Sunday, December 18
·    Friday, March 17
