Due to technical issues, we will not have detailed game previews throughout this weekend's trip... but please enjoy "Roaring on the Road", which is a video preview of all three games.
This afternoon, the Bears finish their weekend in New England with a 3:00 faceoff against the AHL-leading Manchester Monarchs. The Bears have fared well against the league's top teams this season, especially Manchester - whom Hershey throttled by a 6-3 score at GIANT Center in early January.
To take care of business, the Bears look to erase a 3:15 span of play in the third period of last night's 4-2 loss at Worcester. The Bears will burn one of their games-in-hand against a few teams ahead of them in the standings. But with a win and a Worcester victory over Providence, the Bears will pull within one point of the eighth and final conference playoff berth.
Including today, the Bears have 12 games remaining. To clinch a playoff berth, a combined 26 points either gained by the Bears or lost by teams they are chasing will put the club in the postseason.
Air time is 2:20 on the Bears Radio Network today.
