The Hershey Bears and Better Halves Support Local Charity

On Sunday, January 18th the Hershey Bears Better Halves will be hosting a silent auction, outside section 104, involving signed photos of players either with their own dogs or local shelter dogs. A 2014-2015 Washington Capitals team signed jersey will also be auctioned. The wives and girlfriends will be selling homemade dog treats for $3.00 per bag. Pitties.Love.Peace will also be at section 104 with a few puppies from their shelter and collecting the items for a supply drive.“Wish List” items needed for supply drive:
· Crates
· Blankets and towels
· Treats
· Kong Extreme Toys
· Easy Walk Harnesses (Sizes Medium, Large)
· Laundry detergent
· Bleach
· Paper Towels
· Nylabones
· Sterilized White bones/natural bones
· Puppy toys
· 6 ft. leashes
· Slip leashes
· Peanut Butter
Proceeds from the silent auction and sale will benefit Orders For Love, a local 501c3 organization that pairs shelter dogs with military veterans wishing to own an emotional support dog or a therapy/service dog. All adoption and training fees are paid for by Orders For Love.
