HERSHEY heads into the final weekend before the All-Star break with a road game in Albany against the River Rats. Face-off at Times Union Center is at 7:00 p.m.
The BEARS bid farewell to a franchise record 12-game winning streak Wednesday night, falling in Norfolk to the Admirals 4-3. Mark Parrish scored the game-winning goal with just seven seconds left in regulation to spoil HERSHEY’S run of victories. The Chocolate and White went 33 days without a loss before Wednesday’s setback in Hampton Roads.
Before Wednesday night, HERSHEY’S last defeat came against Friday’s opponent. Albany has won two straight over the BEARS, including a December 11 at Times Union Center. Friday’s game is the fourth meeting of the season between the two clubs.
Following Friday’s game, the BEARS return home to face Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Saturday and Syracuse Sunday at
