Charitable Donation Requests
The Hershey Bears receive several hundred charitable donation requests each month. We are pleased to help charitable organizations and wish it were possible to honor all of requests since they are all for very worthwhile causes. Please know that all requests are given serious consideration. Organizations seeking a donation from the Bears should adhere to the following criteria and procedures:
- Organization must be located in the state of Pennsylvania. Exceptions are made on a limited basis.
- All requests must be typed on organization, association, company, or school letterhead.
- All requests must be mailed or faxed (no phone or email requests will be accepted).
- Please include date, time, and location of event.
- Please include how the item will be used (silent auction, live auction, raffle, or door prize).
- Please include organization contact person (name, phone number, and address).
- Requests received that do not include the above information will not be fulfilled
Please remember, requests are filled with available items only. We do not make monetary or game ticket donations. Requests should be submitted at least four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to the event to:
